Plain-language working terms, pending counsel finalization. These cover the public website, assessment, booking links, and public materials. Client work needs a separate written agreement.

The short version

You can read the site, take the assessment, book a call, and contact us. Do not attack, scrape, copy, misrepresent, or use the site to send junk. Nothing on the site guarantees revenue, savings, AI accuracy, or that Bloom will take on your project.

What these terms cover

These terms apply to the Bloom Web Services public website, including thaliabloom.com, the Bloom Tech Assessment, booking links, blog posts, and related public pages.

These terms do not replace a client services agreement, statement of work, DPA, proposal, invoice terms, or other signed agreement. If we work together, the signed project documents control that work.

Assessment and booking

The assessment is a lightweight intake and routing tool. It is not a diagnosis, professional advice, binding quote, or promise that a specific automation, AI system, or business result will work for you.

Booking a call or submitting a form does not create a client relationship. We may decline work that is not a fit.

No professional advice

Bloom builds websites, automation, AI workflow, and operating systems. Public site content is general information only. It is not legal, tax, financial, medical, employment, security, or compliance advice. Bring those questions to the right licensed professional.

AI and automation limits

AI systems can be wrong, stale, incomplete, or inappropriate for a given use. Any AI, automation, agent, or workflow should have human review where errors could affect money, safety, legal rights, health, employment, customer trust, or regulated work.

Marketing examples describe possible implementation patterns, not guaranteed outcomes.

Ownership and site content

Bloom owns the website, brand, copy, code, examples, graphics, and public materials unless stated otherwise. You may link to public pages and quote small portions with attribution. You may not copy the site, resell it, imply endorsement, or present Bloom materials as your own.

When Bloom says clients own what we build, the exact ownership, license, handoff, third-party tools, and exclusions are defined in the signed client agreement for that project.

Acceptable use

Third-party services

The site may link to or use third-party services such as Cal.com, Cloudflare, Meta, email providers, and client portal systems. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Privacy

Our Privacy & Cookies page explains what we collect, why we use it, who processes it, and how to make a request.

No warranties

The public site is provided as-is and as-available. We try to keep it accurate and working, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free content, complete security, or a specific business outcome.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bloom is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages from use of the public site. Any liability tied to paid client work should be handled in the signed client agreement, not these public website terms.

Governing law

Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, these public website terms are governed by Oregon law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site, offers, or legal review changes. The "Last updated" date shows the current version.
